ABOUT OUR RENTALS
Our location is unique as our rentals are all located within close proximity of each other, except for a couple downtown apartments. We have a community area for grilling, socializing and hanging out.
Our rentals are all inclusive, which means we pay utilities, homes are fully furnished, include high speed internet, and your yard maintenance is included. There is a laundry facility on property at no charge.

Our properties are located within the city limits of Gatesville, in a neighborhood.
We are 5 minutes from HEB Grocery Store, WalMart, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness and 11 restaurants.
You enjoy the convenience of being in town yet have the feel of being in the country.
Avoid the noise of the city and enjoy waking up to deer grazing in your front yard.
We are located 10 minutes from the front gate of North Fort Hood.
Gatesville boasts several great restaurants and is proud of its small town atmosphere and charm. We still have parades at Christmas and 4th of July with our county courthouse decked out in lights during the holidays.

If you want to venture out or have visitors, Waco, TX (home of Magnolia and Chip and Joanna) is a 40 minute drive, or the Texas Hill Country, with wineries, is located within a 2 hour drive.
