Socializing with co workers is important when mobilized.  All of our  current occupants are here on mobilization.  We have realized the importance to provide areas for cookouts and socializing, but also have those quite places to relax and be alone.

We are located 10 minutes from the front gate of North Fort Hood. Gatesville boasts several great restaurants and is proud of its small town atmosphere and charm. We still have parades at Christmas and 4th of July with our county courthouse decked out in lights during the holidays. 
 
If you want to venture out or have visitors, Waco, TX (home of Magnolia, Chip and Joanna) is a forty minute drive or the Texas Hill Country, with wineries, is located within a two hour drive.
